So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can indulge in your beautiful new products. We expect you should receive your order within 5 days of placing. If this passes please contact us to locate your parcel for you.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:- We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- We aim to ship your order within 24hrs (excluding weekends/public holidays).
We ship via courier.
So when do you contact Natures skin and body care? If you have seen your order within 5 working days after placing, feel free to contacts us. Occasionally events occur that our out of our control. Even if your order hasn’t arrived, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).
- How much is shipping?
Within New-Zealand all orders $50 and over are shipped free anywhere in New-Zealand. Orders under $50 have a flat fee of only $5.
- Can I track my order?
Current our courier system is not linked, however you can contact us anytime and we will give you an update and follow up with courier if necessary.
- Where does my order ship from?
All products are shipped directly from Natures Skin and Body Care Christchurch, New Zealand.
