Using essential oils

Always dilute oils, never apply directly to skin.

Massage: Blend 5 drops of your favorite oil or blend to 10ml (2tsp) of Carrier Oil.

Bath: Add 5 drops of your favorite oil or blend to your bath water just before hoping in.

Shower: Stop the drain and add a few drops of your favorite oil to the water at your feet. 

Foot Bath: Add 5 drops to warm water and soak your feet in it.

Oil Burners: Fill your dish with water and light the candles. Add 1-5 drops of oil to the water. In a few minutes the vapor will fill the room and your senses.

Inhalation: In a bowl of steaming water add 5 drops of your oil. Cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl with your eyes closed and inhale. Drop a few drops onto a hankerchief or tissue and inhale when required.
