We stand by all of our products and depending on the issue we will replace or refund.

Product damaged in transit
Please contact us asap after recieving. Please keep packaging and product and if possible please send us photos of the damage. We will discuss with you a resolution to suit. -
Product doesn't suit you.
Within 30 days of purchase you can return you product for exchange. You will need to pay return courier and any additional cost of a different product. We will refund you if any difference. -
Warranty Exceptions
If you have purchase from on of our retailers please contact them first, they will then contact us if necessary.
